Receptionist- Findlay Implement Co.

Job duties include:

Screening and routing telephone calls, responding to inquiries from the public, vendors, contractors, etc. by referring calls to appropriate person or taking a message. Making initial contact with the public when they enter the building and directing them to the proper person.  Typing, filing, mailing out invoices and customer statements, preparing mail and packages. Monitoring/purchasing/replenishing office supplies as needed. Operating a variety of standard office equipment including fax machine, scanner, copier, computer, etc. Other duties could include making travel arrangements, planning company events, and technician time recording.
