To practice social distancing it’s important to not have to make unnecessary trips to the dealership. Now you can check the availability of parts at all of our locations and place a parts order without leaving your house! You can also view your invoices and pay your bill online. The FIC Customer Portal connects you to our dealerships even when we’re not open. The process to sign up is quick and easy. The portal can be accessed by visiting our website,, and clicking on “Customer Portal” in the main menu. Then click on “Log In To Your Account or Sign Up” and fill out the form to sign up. Once you are approved, you will have access to your account information.
